All design layouts, civil modifications, false ceilings, electrical work, and modular cabinet fabrications shall be completed strictly as outlined in the signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Any alterations during execution will carry separate charges.
Clients must clear payment stages (10% booking, 40% dispatch, 40% site installation, 10% handover) on schedule. Delays in payments may result in suspension of carpentry and site execution works.
We commit to a 45-day execution window from the final approval of designs and receipt of the booking payment stage. Delays resulting from building association permission holds or weather restrictions are excluded.
Plywood structural units carry warranties up to 10 years against manufacturing defects. Hardware accessories (drawer runner slides, cabinet hinges) carry direct warranties provided by manufacturers like Blum, Hettich, and Ebco.
Any disputes, claims, or queries arising out of our interior contracting terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane/Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
